These terms govern your use of Weekest. By using Weekest you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Weekest. Though we'd genuinely prefer you tell us what's wrong so we can fix it.
Weekest is a week planning tool. It helps you see and understand the character of your weeks using a weather-forecast metaphor. It is not a task manager, a project tracker, a calendar, or a productivity system. It is a tool for reading your week before you live it.
You sign in with Google. One Google account, one Weekest account. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Everything that happens under your Weekest account is your responsibility.
You must be 13 or older to use Weekest. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Solo and Team plans include a two-week free trial. No card is required during the trial. After the trial, paid plans are billed annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription. If Weekest isn't working for you in that window, contact us for a full refund.
Enterprise is a one-time purchase. Once delivered, there are no refunds.
We may change prices in the future. We'll give you at least 60 days' notice before any price change affects your subscription.
Everything you put into Weekest — your weeks, your items, your labels — belongs to you. We make no claim to it. We store it to provide the service and for no other purpose.
You're responsible for the content you add. Don't use Weekest to store content that's illegal or that violates the rights of others.
You may not:
We aim for high availability and take reliability seriously. But we don't guarantee any specific uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We will not be liable for downtime or data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your use of Weekest is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect only what's necessary to run the service, we don't sell your data, and you can delete everything at any time.
Weekest is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of Weekest.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Weekest is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
By you: You can delete your account at any time from the configure page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use section. We'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so. Where practical, we'll give you a warning and a chance to correct the issue before taking action.
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Weekest after the effective date means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept them, delete your account before the effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weekest operates. We will update this section with the specific jurisdiction before launch.
