What's in each plan

The weather engine

Included in all plans. The weather engine reads your week and translates it into a forecast state: clear, partly cloudy, overcast, stormy, clearing, or pressure. It considers more than just how many items you have. It updates automatically and you don't configure it.

Item scale

Every item carries a scale: Small, Medium, Large, or Only. Scale affects how the item renders in your week card and how much it contributes to the weather forecast. A single "Only" item dominates the card and the forecast. Small items recede. The engine weighs them accordingly.

Team view (Team & Enterprise)

The team view is everyone's personal timeline, stacked vertically on the same page. Not a summary or a status dashboard. You see each person's actual weeks at full fidelity, side by side, scrolling together. Collaborative rows let teammates add to each other's weeks when invited, and non-user placeholders let you track people who haven't joined yet.

Bring your own backend (Enterprise)

You receive the complete Weekest codebase to deploy on your own infrastructure — Supabase, your own Postgres, whatever you run. You pay once. There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and no dependency on our servers. Your team's data never leaves your environment. You own the installation.

Common questions

Your data stays accessible after cancellation. You can export a complete CSV of all your weeks and items at any time by signing in to your account.

Yes. From the configure page, you can export everything as a CSV. No data is locked in. The export is available at any time and works on all plans.

Enterprise is a one-time purchase. You pay $5,200 once and receive the complete Weekest codebase to run on your own servers. There is no annual renewal, no per-seat charge, and no ongoing relationship with us unless you want one. The installation is yours to run indefinitely. It doesn't expire, phone home, or require our servers to function. You may not resell access or code.

Yes. Solo includes a two-week free trial — no card required to start. Team is free for everyone during the beta; if you join now you keep team features at no cost, and any future one-time unlock won't apply to beta teams. If you've already subscribed to Solo and it's not landing, get in touch within the first two weeks and we'll sort it out.

The weather engine reads your week and returns one of six forecast states: clear, partly cloudy, overcast, stormy, clearing, or pressure. Each state has its own visual treatment — color, icon, card weight. A stormy week looks and feels different from a clear one. The engine updates automatically as you add, complete, and move items. You don't configure it.

Team supports up to 20 active members in a shared organization. Each member gets their own personal timeline; the team view shows everyone's weeks side by side. If your team grows beyond 20, the Enterprise tier — self-hosted, unlimited members — is designed for that. Reach out and we'll figure out the right path.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Stripe also supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank debits depending on your region. For Enterprise, we can arrange invoicing. Contact us to set that up.
